I am either real late to the party, or I found a great way to drain oil. After several messes, or removeing way too many screw to remove the cowl to drain the oil, I have found an excellent easy way! I did it with my good jeans on, and did not spill a drop! To find out how, send 9.95 to....

Anyway, I simply pulled the lower hose from the Oil Valve. It all drain very easily into the container litterally without a drop. I drained it hot, but is was not too hot at the valve and holding on to the hose. On my airplane, it will drain all oil except litterally aless than a capful from the sump drain.

Is this how you guys do it, and I am only clued in now, or did I do good today?
