    Why become a Subscribing Member?

    • In addition to our active community, our content boasts exhaustive technical information which is often sought after for projects and maintenance. This information has accumulated over the 12+ years the forum has been in existence.
    • We are also a great resource for non biplane users, since many GA aircraft are built the same way (fabric and tube construction).
    • Annual membership also comes with two BiplaneForum.com decals.

I know, I know. a biplane with a turboporp? Well I just could not turn it down. I just took delivery of a near 0 time Boeing t50 turboprop engine. 335 hp at the output shaft of 2700rpm. Burn of 24gph at wot. Weight 275lbs. I knoe there will be a weight and balance issue but have been talking to Steen and they are excited that I am going to do this. They call it exerimental for a reason.I am going to open the shipping container tommorrow and haopefully get some pics.
I am waiting for comments
