When the One Design first came out a friend of mine insisted that we build tailgroups for them. I discouraged him but he was very insistent, so I relented. My dad did all the machine work and I welded it all together, and we produced two sets which we sold for $900 each. The jigs are very accurate, you can fabricate a part on one side and it will fit perfectly on the other side. This jig is for the horizontal stabilizers and elevators. I also have the jig for the vertical stabilizer and rudder, and a drill guide for the H-tube. Also a drill guide for all the tail ribs, which produces the correct spacing between radius centers on all the ribs. If anyone has use for this I would like to hear from you. I will let it go for a small cost, maybe $250 just to cover the materials. We invested nearly $300 and 200 hours labor to build it.

PS: It is heavy so shipping would be expensive.
