Hi folks,

Haven't been around much over the last few years as I've been busy with other things but if you knew me you'd know it was inevitable that I'd be back around at some point. With kids nearing high school and college after that it's going to be hard to do anything spectacular in the way of aircraft ownership but I thought I'd ask what might be done to get the most possible out of a new S1-C build.

It's great to be back at the site and seeing new developments around the S1-11B but are there any modern twists to rag and tube aerobatic biplane construction that could be sent down instead of up the food chain to improve the S1-C?

When considering every part, contour, and material where might room be found to make a 150hp S1-C an affordable modern aerobat?

Would love to hear everyone's ideas regardless of how outrageous they might seem. I'm not saying I'm ready to go starting another project but it would be interesting to hear what y'all consider possible.

Thanks,
Bart
