Hello my friends & allies.

I have removed some tape on a bodged fix up by previous owner.
Where the tape has been previously removed & reapplied plus my careful removal, some paint has pulled away from the fabric. The silver UV protector is left showing protecting the fabric.
The Q is, how do I best prepare the damaged areas to reapply paint?
I have the colour match paint, I just want to know best way of doing the touch up job.

As always, thanks guys.
