Pitts Christmas Gift

Hi Everyone,

I need your help. I'm looking for the perfect christmas gift for my boyfriend. Although I know nothing about aviation, he is a Pitts junkie and owns a Pitts Special.

I'm thinking he would really like a Pitts kit. How much does a kit cost (plans and materials) and where can I find one? I'm looking to spend under $15k if possible, not including the engine and wheels.

Also, how difficult is it to build?
