Pitts S-1 canopy strap

hi everyone

I am having trouble to find out the specs of the lower canopy strap in the Plans. I have an Aviat complete kit (and plans) and that part is missing. Allso I see no reference in the plans. I know, they are so complete that it must be there, it is just I don't find it.
It is in the Aviat part list.

I need the specs to replicate it in carbon fiber, wich is easier for me that forming complex alum. parts.
