Pitts S-1 Carbon Fiber removable turtle deck

Hey all, Since I am attempting something that is somewhat unorthodox for the Pitts S-1 I thought I would post my progress. And for all the those snobs I say unorthodox since I haven't seen any examples on the forum for the S-1S I know Specialty Aero (Tony Horvath) is making one for the S-1-11 and the guys on BLink Christen Eagle site is also making one but my will be a little different. I started with making a mold by cutting out the shapes and positioning them in the right locations:
