    • In addition to our active community, our content boasts exhaustive technical information which is often sought after for projects and maintenance. This information has accumulated over the 12+ years the forum has been in existence.
    • We are also a great resource for non biplane users, since many GA aircraft are built the same way (fabric and tube construction).
    • Annual membership also comes with two BiplaneForum.com decals.

I just picked up an s-1 with the lamb size tries on it, I operate off a rather bumpy grass strip with poor drainage, I'd like to bump up to 5.00x5 tires will that work ok with the grove gear installed? It looks like the wheel pant bracket is attached with two bolts between the axle and gear leg it self. I dont want to change the bracket thus changing the geometry of axle etc. I'll try and post a picture or send it to someone who knows how. Thnx in advance Mark
