Hello,
I'm new to this forum and would like some guidance. There is a S1S for sale, has never flown, frame is mostly together as are the wings, minus covers. There is still a bit of work to be done. My question, if I get this partial project, will I have any issues from the FAA when it comes time to register it, being that a good amount of work was done by someone else. Also they don't have records of the work performed.
