Pitts S2 nosebowl mold/ fabrication

Does anyone know of a source to make your own nosebowl ...Info/youtube /article etc..

I want to make a new nosebowl to move the oilcooler over 1" and add a scoop for a forward facing fuel servo...

all suggestions and help greatly appreciated.
