Pitts S2B/C Rear Seat mod

Hi folks, I am curious if any of you have built a seat which fits in the rear of a B or C model. As you know, the original Pitts cushion is crab when doing aerobatics. I have found this picture below on the internet but I couldn't figure out what seat it is. Maybe one of you have a smart idea how to solve the seat problem :)
