I am rigging up my Pitts s2b and the manual calls for 0 dihedral for the top wing, but my top wing has a natural downward dihedral of 1.6 on each side after the aux fuel tank. Is this normal?

Also my left wing (looking at the nose) has about 1 deg more incidence at the root, is this to account for p factor?
