I am building a Skybolt and need to install some shoulder belts supports for the front and rear seats. I am looking for pictures of the set up in the Pitts S2C both the front and rear shoulder belt supports as I don't have access to an S2C aircraft in my area. From some of the pictures I have seen the rear seat shoulder belt support is bolted to the top turtle deck head rest. I would like to know how the bottom of this tube frame is supported, I do not believe it is welded to the fuselage frame. The front shoulder belt top support looks like it is only supported by the top of the rear seat bulk head with the addition of a vertical aluminum frame on the inside of the bulkhead and the rear instrument panel through the top aluminum skin. A picture of the inside of the turtle deck facing forward and the back of the front seat bulkhead would be a big help. This looks like a very light setup and that is why I want to use it.
