Hi all,

A newbie from SoCal here.

What kind of tie-down solutions do you use on your Pitts?

I think most of you hangar your Pitts and hardly choose to do cross country flights in them unless you really have to. I bought my S-1S few months ago and I never had to think about the tie-down issues until I started preparing for a contest. As you know there are no tie down rings on the wings. During the contest, will have to leave it at a tie-down spot at the airport and I really can't remember how other people tied down theirs at the past ones. I think I've seen one of them using the I-struts and wrapped straps around them but not sure how to make one, or where to buy one like that...
