    • In addition to our active community, our content boasts exhaustive technical information which is often sought after for projects and maintenance. This information has accumulated over the 12+ years the forum has been in existence.
    • We are also a great resource for non biplane users, since many GA aircraft are built the same way (fabric and tube construction).

Hello all, I'm considering buying an S-1S, or possibly T. I'm got 20-30 hrs in an S2-B and C, but it was a few years ago, and I'm looking for just a couple more hours before I fly mine (if I end up getting one). I was told by an insurance company that I'm insurable with the time I have, but I'd feel better if I had some more recent pitts time. I live in Sioux Falls, SD, and would prefer not to travel too far because of my work schedule. Any suggestions?
