I'm looking for opinions. I know everyone has one!

Has anyone here seen a sport biplane (Skybolt, Pitts, etc), in person (IRL), that was done entirely in a matte finish, such as PolyTone?
If so, what did you think of it?

The fuselage of my project is already in PolyTone.
I'll have to start painting my wings in a few more weeks, and people are urging me to repaint the whole plane in gloss. I am leaning toward painting the wings in 'tone to match the fuse.
