    • We are also a great resource for non biplane users, since many GA aircraft are built the same way (fabric and tube construction).

I found a local Decathlon that seems in very condition and very reasonably priced. I know it's not a biplane but it would be a great plane to get some basic acro and tailwheel training.
The owner passed away a couple of months ago and the sale will be done through his estate. I've signed a pre-buy agreement with the estate but the insurance on the airplane has expired. I need to have it moved to an airport that is only about 11 miles from where it's currently located to have a pre-buy inspection done. Does anyone have any suggestion on how to deal with insurance? Would someone with a CFI insurance be able to fly it?
