    • In addition to our active community, our content boasts exhaustive technical information which is often sought after for projects and maintenance. This information has accumulated over the 12+ years the forum has been in existence.
    • We are also a great resource for non biplane users, since many GA aircraft are built the same way (fabric and tube construction).
    • Annual membership also comes with two BiplaneForum.com decals.

Is there a document available listing common inspection points for Acro Sport 1s for pre-buy, or even annuals? Since the Acro Sport is a close copy of the Pitts, could I use the Pitts resources? Is 600 hours a lot of time on an aerobatic airframe? I know that it probably depends on if the pilot was a serious advanced-level competitor or a weekend barnstormer. Worst-case, if the airframe spent 600 hours going between competitions, would it be ready for a restoration?
thx,Brian
