Problem with quarter roll up on INT Known

So been playing around with the INT known. Been having a problem with figures 4, 5, 8, and 11.

5 and 8 are simply I have not been snapping enough to not over rotate. I might figure these out at some point.

4 and 11 are my issues. Someone want to talk me through fig 4?

11 I just figure I need to spot 90 before I roll then push to it. How many "G's" should I be pulling?
