My apologies if this is stated somewhere on the forum; I did not find it. My question is, does anybody know the torque specs for governor studs and nuts for a Lyc 540? Does this fall under Lycoming's "Standard torque unless otherwise listed", which appears to be minimum 25 in lbs for 5/16-18 studs (when lubricated)? Should Loctite 290 be used for the studs? And the nuts, should they be torqued to 18-20 ft lbs (as found in a Hartzell document)?

Thank you!
