Does anyone know what the aircraft spruce part number is for the API replacement tires and the control springs?

I get a shimmed when turning on taxi and recently the plane has started pulling slighting on roll out. I have to quick push the rudder pedals more than normal to get the tail wheel to engage/disengage?

Also I’m obsess with castellated fiber locks, when the tire is replaced what size bolt with pin hole and castle nut would it be?
