Since it hasn't been discussed (that much) or listed that I can find, I wanted to inform those who are interested on the building of my aluminum ailerons. For those who don't know I am building a set of Raven S-1 wings with extened aluminum ailerons.


Just this weekend I was able to get the lowers riveted and most of the hinge cut outs done. This was the culmination of a lot of work. I spent most of the time wondering why I went with aluminum ailerons but in the end I think they will be awesome...I hope.
