I'm looking for guidance on how to convert an IO540 K1E5 from a rear facing intake to front facing intake. This is without using an aftermarket company.

Ideally I would like to take an intake/sump off another IO 540 and put it on mine. But how do I know which one will fit? I have Lycoming's PC-215-2 catalog
