Just Read and re Read a few of the posts, in particular the Another Private Pilot
I posted to the "Another Private Pilot" and I missed a very good opportunity to thank ALL THE PEOPLE that helped a little kid (ME)from a small town in Alabama, learn about Aviation. But for them, I would never have had the chance.. Most of these folks are long gone, either from age or accidents. So I thank them. Even if they can't hear it, you folks can. I still have folks help me, and I don't ever forget the help and encouragement they give (some of it from this forum). My post did not SOUND like that and it should have.
I also jumped in the conversation, trying to encourage a younger person to not give up their dreams and to keep trying, without fully understanding the motivations behind the "I told you so" post.

Lesson learned, I will read BACK posts before I comment in the future.
