    Why become a Subscribing Member?

    • In addition to our active community, our content boasts exhaustive technical information which is often sought after for projects and maintenance. This information has accumulated over the 12+ years the forum has been in existence.
    • We are also a great resource for non biplane users, since many GA aircraft are built the same way (fabric and tube construction).
    • Annual membership also comes with two BiplaneForum.com decals.

registering a homebuilt.
I understand that when you register a homebuilt/kitbuilt or scratchbuilt aircraft you MUST list the engine to be used...NOT the Serial number but the make and Model
i am building a murphy Renegade and i will use a C-75 or c-85 or 0-200 it will depend on the best deal I can find while it is under construction up until the next step becomes " Install engine"

Must I postpone registering it until I have the engine ??
I would like to get the registration out of the way ASAP because of the handed down past of this kit .
any thoughts based on experience would be appreciated
Joe
