Hey guys, I am thinking about buying a Pitts project that needs to be restored, it is an experimental/homebuilt airplane. My question is, can I do the restoration work myself as long as an IA signs off on the annaul, I am not an A&P. Also, what about future upgrades such as new wings, I know I can build them but can I put them on an experimental without an IA sign off?

Thanks,

Kevin
