I'm building off plans I bought from Hale Wallace years ago. I'm re-starting my project that I put away a long time ago beginning with the upper wing ribs.. Is there supposed to be an upright that sits just forward of the front spar on the standard ribs? I can see a faint line on the plans but I see photos on the forum showing ribs without them.
