All, I’m about to weld the pedal bushings onto the longerons and diagonals. I’ve read The Manual and plan to use a sacrificial 3/4” hinge rod to keep them aligned. Question: Is the bushing fully finishwelded around the entire cluster? Or are a couple crescent moons sufficient to have enough strength, yet keep distortion to a minimum?

Thanks in advance.
