Gentlemen,

My Pitts is an early build S-1C. A bracket was built and supports the battery to the vertical tubes of the seatback. The bottom of the seat is thin 1" wide straps welded fore/aft and side to side. I'm unsure if this was a homebuilder spinoff from the plans or a normal thing. The aircraft is early and was built using the Pitts Aviation Enterprise plans which possibly left a lot of this small stuff up to the builder I guess.

Other then a parachute, what are you fellas sitting on? What kind of seat backs/bottoms/cushions have you made?

I will get photos tomorrow when I make it to the Hangar.
