Hello,
I have just contacted an exhaust manufacturer in France for my S-2a.
They create tuned exhaust with great performance increase (typically a 18% increase for 180hp lycoming they have equipped....more than 30hp for our pitts...)
The cost of a STC is quite important. In this way, they want to know if somebody else would be interested in such exhaust.
