I am having a bit of a dilemma. Well actually several.

The drawings for the S1-11 are rather confusing and one drawing that would seem rather important doesn't appear to exist.

Drawing 11-601 Engine Mount Assembly says "720 Style Mount" with a C4B5 engine, which I think is the large bore ears (20 degree). This is rather confusing because the mount is definitely built for 30 degree mount, which is the small bore ear.

Also confusing is the drawings say to use the engine installation drawing 11-600. I could not locate this sheet and after calling Aviat, they said it doesn't exist because "you can install any engine you want". Which is more confusing yet. But they did say that next to their copy they wrote to use the same isolator as a Piper Comanche 400 (which has a IO-720 and uses a Barry 94011-04). But I think that those would be for large bore ears.

I thought an S-2B might be the same but it is obvious that it is not the same because the mounting bolts are AN8 and the same length and the S1-11 drawings are for AN7s of 2 different lengths (but does not specify).

So has anyone ever seen drawing 11-600? Does anyone know what mounts bushings and bolts I am supposed to use?

Just in case I have 2 sets of large bore ears and 1 set of small bore ears, so I will ether be making 2 Harmon Rocket builders happy or one RV10 and one Harmon Rocket builder happy....
