I’m currently reparining an S1-S that was ground looped and went over on its back. The top wing is repairable but instead I have a very nice Sparcraft upper wing ready to mount that came with the project. My question is the original lower wings have 3 hinge ailerons 5 rib bays long but the new upper has only 2 hinges and are 4 bays long. Apparently there are different aileron lengths? Anyone see a problem using the long ones on the bottom and shorter ones in the top?
