I'd be interested to hear from follow owners what sort of gains / losses in altitude they use when planning competition sequences.

(Lets assume a 160 mph entry speed for everything except spins)

What sort number would you use for

45 Degree up line, cap off when at 70mph airspeed

Vertical up line & cap off upright or inverted - fly away level

Vertical penetration to the top of a hammerhead

1/2 Loop up, 1/2 roll off the top

1/2 roll, half loop down

1/2 outside loop up

1 turn Upright spin

1 turn inverted spin
