S1S tail wheel

Hello guys. I could use some advice on the S1S tailwheel . It curently has a 4x1.50 made by R&K. When taxing,makes a horrible racket! I took it apart a found the bearing worn out and also the tail post bushing worn. A google search helped shed some light on the wheel (R&K is an industrial wheel maker) but maybe a full replacement is in order? I did do a Biplane forum search and read several posts but not specificly on R&K.
