I am looking at possibly purchasing a s1t. It has experimental exhibition but was built by aerotek. while searching, it appears many s1t planes are listed as experimental. Is this normal? any less value in the marketplace? Is this probably due to modifications to wings or engine? Any chance of getting back to standard? lost log books definitely devalue a plane but any suggestions on how much? It may be very difficult to sell without complete logs, I would think. Thanks for your help. I am moving from the RV world to the Pitts world, I sure appreciate a good forum.
