Looking for some feedback from some S2B/C owners.
The aluminum baffling on my S2B is in pretty rough condition. It looks like quite a while ago the factory .032” aluminum cracked up all over the place and a previous owner double up the existing cracked baffling with another layer of .032”. It’s seems to have stopped the crack propitiation, but is corroded up pretty well and needs replacing.
The current idea is to replace all of the metal baffling with new .032” Alclad and see how it does.
Anyone have experience with or suggestions on what needs reinforcing or if replacing the stock setup should get me another 1,000 hrs of operation?
Thanks!
