Looking for some advice.

I have inherited an S2B rebuild project that someone was part way through. The lower wing from landing wire attach fittings were removed to enable a repair on some plywood cap crushing and now I'm putting it back together I'm not 100% sure which way the tabs should angle (the two with the big spar through bolt that the landing wire fork ends attach to).

I'm guessing the tabs should angle forward towards the l leading edge given that the top wing is slightly forward of the lowers bit just wanted confirmation as once the leading edge is back in they are a pain to get at.

Cheers
