SA300 Horizontal Stab

I wanted to see if anyone has any info on different horizontal stabilizer attachment designs for the sa300. Looking at the set of prints I have it shows the single bolt in shear as front attachment and the bolts in tension as the aft attachment. My plane has the two reversed. Attached are a couple of pictures. I am just curious if this was an older design. And if I should be concerned with this current layout
