So I got my original canopy frame back from Devin York tonight. My new carbon frame will hopefully be ready in the next month or so. When I bought the project the front windshield was cracked and the canopy bubble had a big chunk missing from the back. I've overlaid the broken bubble over the frame and it looks like the part of the bubble with the missing piece just misses sitting on the back of the canopy frame by about an inch. Looking for suggestions on how I could possibly still use this bubble? Any mods to the frame that would cover up the crack? New canopy bubbles are apparently $1300 right now. Rather not spend that if I can fix this one...
