Any Scott tailwheel gurus out there?

We acquired two Scott 3200s with our J-5 Cub purchase. Both have different issues so we can get one good one out of the parts but want to rebuild the second for a spare on one of our projects. One of them needs a spring replaced (actually a spring steel part). It is part number 18 in this exploded view-

It is held in by a pin (part number 21) and I am trying to figure out how the pin is removed. Anyone know how to do this?

cheers,
Jim
