Seeking info (Skybolt?)

I'm seeking information on a airframe, engine, wings and various parts. I bought a building w/ what I'm told is a Steen Skybolt Bi plane. It was a project started by an older gentlemen years ago and has been "mothballed" for years. Trying to figure out what I have, its value and ultimately a interested buyer. Any info would be greatly appreciated. If there are any other specific photos needed to make it easier to identify, please let me know and I will get them.
