With reading about engine mounts in other threads seeing gussets missing.
I checked the attached plans from Steen that I see now show no gussets.
I had a mount built through Steen last summer 2013 giving them an aluminum template of my firewall mount holes.
I haven't even seen it yet as I had it drop shipped along with the firewall to the Skydynamics to have an exhaust built to match the exhaust tunnel in the firewall.
Will someone look at this attached plans as to what they know about it on gussets?
I don't see any in the plans.
I did not think about gussets as I expected the mount built through Steen would be set up with the latest expertise.
I can weld, but having it built through Steen was the intention of having it done right and not have to worry about anything.
