skybolt bungee replacement question

just purchased a 540 skybolt and bungees have not been changed for awhile,question is I was looking to buy a bungee tool and see steen has one and acs which looks similar to steens but a lot cheaper,anyone use them before,also which bungees should I use is the 1286hd the correct ones,is it possible to change the cords through the bottom cover or does the side panel have to come off,hoping to make a one day job out off this
