I was inspired reading another thread about someone making his panel in AutoCad. Luckily at work here there is an art department and I had one of the graphic designer's lay out the Skybolt panel with the exact dimensions. I included a few instruments that I plan on installing like the MGL IXtreme, a 3 1/8" ALT and ASI, 3 1/8 inch UMA 3pack, smoke arm button, 5 breakers, gmeter, sequence card and master/avionics/extra switch. This is made in illustrator so everything is on layers, and you could move everything around. This is just a basic set up but I thought it might help someone.
It is a .pdf file and needs to be opened in Illustrator to have access to the layers and editing capabilities. If you open without Illustrator it will be just like a regular .pdf
