Skybolt motor mount bolt size

MySkybolt under construction has 3/8"motor mount bolt sizeat the firewall. I've noted that some folks suggest using 7/16" bolts.
I'm installing an IO540 325 HP motor. Do I need to be worried enough to change out the bushings/bosses on the fuselage?
