This is probably overkill, but I wrote up a checklist for our IO-360 Fixed Pitch Skybolt. With a few modifications, you could easily make it work for any engine combination or even a Pitts/Starduster I would think.

It's intended as a landscape tri-fold/double-sided on card stock. Includes Preflight/Normal checklists. As printed you just flip your way through the checklist. I used NASA's recommended fonts/size/case etc...

The dashed line on the Before Takeoff is meant as a "break".. the final items "Below the line" are accomplished when taking the runway for takeoff.

The indented items are reminders for me - you could easily eliminate them (I can never remember Min oil pressures etc).
