please be nice as I am still trying to figure this biplane thing out I am sure there are people here that have flown both types, what are some good points and bad points of both of them. I do plan on getting a biplane, as they look good and besides I want one. I do not have any tailwheel time but I will good proper training and have a very good cfi that has owned mostly tailwheel planes and a couple of biplanes. I do want to do acro, but I don't think I will take it to competition levels, I just want to have fun. does one have a safety advantage over the other, is maintenance more or less the same, any known problems I need to now about. are both as fun as I hope they would be, what is the best engine/prop combinations for them. you folks have much more experience than I do and any help would be nice, thanks
