I'm looking into a pair of seatpacks for the Skybolt. I am leaning toward the Softie seatpack, however looking at the dimensions of the pack, it looks to be a bit too big for the standard seatframe.
The dimensions given in the Paragear catalogue differ from Softies website. So I called Softie. 15 wide by 14 is what they say.
Is anyone currently using these rigs in a Skybolt? If so, how tight are the packs to get out of the seatpan?
Also for those who are thinking of having fabric All the way forward on the fuselage to the front pit, think twice. The 'Bolt I bought is set up this way. The rear cockpit is one of the most miserable places to do any kind of maintainance. You are either folded up in directions and joints like no human was ever designed for or you are trying to stand on your head and work. Just nasty! And this is from someone who owns an English sports car>
