Folks,

I need to add an extension to my exhaust on the Chickenhouse Charger, which, in it's simplest form, can be a simple 45 degree off the shelf mandrel bend with 6-7" "legs" in 0.035 (20GA) wall thickness.

To make my situation ideal, that piece would be somewhere between 45 and 60 degrees (I need to measure the exact angle if I go down that road), with one leg being about 8" and the other being about 5" and having a "slip fit" "bulge" on the short leg.

So far, it seems that this type thing is hard-obtanium. 18GA (.050) is no problem, but .035 .. no way.

So far, I found three possible leads:

http://www.skydynamics.com/ - "no, sorry, our backlog is 1.5 years long at least"
http://www.spdexhaust.com/ - they'll do it, with $300 setup cost / ~$300 labor and material in 321. Ugh. With 18GA bends of acceptable size and geometry going for ~$50/piece, this hurts.
https://russellstubeforming.com/ - will get back to me with a quote.

Can you recommend someone I could call?

Below's the picture of the mock up of what I'm trying to do out of a 45 degree bend I got for just playing with it - with larger angle, it will point "down" more (which is what I want).
